PVWC closed two NJ Water Bank loans totaling $6 million to replace roughly 70,000 customer meters and 105 wholesale meters across its system. Meter replacement at that scale is the kind of change that surfaces leaks and billing disputes nobody knew they had, so a sudden jump on a bill after a new meter goes in is worth checking against the service line before anybody assumes the old meter was right.
