The crew already building New Jersey's fiber networks
JWSR builds fiber plant for internet providers, underground and aerial: plowing, boring, trenching, strand and lash, drops, and restoration that keeps subscribers happy. Based in New Jersey with active contracts in seven states, we go where the build is. Over 470,000 feet of conduit placed, and counting.
NJ fiber buildouts are racing, and the bottleneck is underground crews
Fiber buildouts across the region are in their final, hardest stretch: one regional provider is closing in on covering nearly every home in its home county, and a national provider has completed roughly 85 percent of its planned New Jersey network, with tens of thousands of locations still to build and connect. Some of that plant hangs on existing pole lines and some goes in the ground, and all of it has to be built cleanly, on schedule, and without burning the provider's reputation in the neighborhoods it is trying to win. We build both, every week.

Built by our own crews and equipment, with vetted support crews when a build surges. Never a pass-through.
Full underground scope, one crew
Vibratory plowing
Cable and conduit placed at production speed with minimal surface disturbance. Lawns knit back in weeks, which keeps homeowners off your phone.
Directional boring
Road crossings, driveways, hardscapes, and utility congestion handled without open-cutting what does not need to be cut.
Trenching & conduit
Mainline trench, duct, handholes, and vaults, placed to spec, at depth, with clean markout compliance.
Service drops
Curb-to-home drops that leave the yard looking untouched. This is where reputations with subscribers are won or lost.
Aerial construction
Strand and lash on existing pole lines, overlash, and aerial service drops. One crew for the whole route, buried or hung.
Point of presence (POP) sites
The hub where your backbone hands off to local distribution. We handle the civil side end to end: pad, conduit entrances, vaults, grounding, fencing, and the shelter or cabinet set and ready for your network gear.
Permits, surveys & customer walkouts
We handle permitting and pre-construction surveys in house: meet the customer, agree on the path, whiteline before locates, then build. No handoffs, no repeat visits, no jobs done twice.
Emergency strike & storm response
Cut line on a state highway or storm damage on the plant? We have handled emergency NJDOT telecom repairs and answer 24/7.
Restoration
Backfill, compaction, topsoil, seed, and hardscape repair. The build is not done until the property owner cannot tell we were there.
Big enough to deliver. Small enough to care whose lawn it is.
The national outfits run hundreds of crews across dozens of states. Hire one and you get whichever crew is available that month, managed from three time zones away. Hire JWSR and you get the same crews all season, an owner who answers his own phone, and work we have to stand behind in the towns where we live.
And some names on vendor lists do not build anything at all. They hold the master contract, shop your neighborhoods to whoever answers the phone that month, take their cut, and pass along whatever quality shows up. We are the kind of crew those companies call. Contract direct and that whole layer disappears: same boots, same iron, no markup, and the people doing the work answer to you.
Providers do not remember who had the most trucks. They remember who made their subscribers happy.

When a provider sends us into a neighborhood, the homeowner's review lands on everyone. Here is what they say, verified on Google:
“Had a complex project of running conduit under hardscaping to convert a fire pit to gas. James' team completed the project flawlessly with surgical precision. Boring under hardscaping and made it look easy.”
“From start to finish, JWSR exceeded all my expectations. They completed the work on time and within budget, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend for any excavation, fiber installation, or heavy-duty projects! 10/10 service!”
“James and his crew came out to dig trenches for fiber optic lines. Very professional and caused zero headache. After two weeks the grass had fully grown back and you can hardly tell where they dug.”
