Underground conduit
Mainline trench and duct, handholes and vaults, placed to spec and at depth.
Direct bury
Cable and CATV/FTTH service placed direct-buried, and in 3/4 inch conduit where the spec calls for it.
Directional boring (HDD)
Road crossings, driveways, hardscape and congested corridors, including pneumatic boring moles for short crossings.
Vibratory plowing
Production placement of cable and conduit with minimal surface disturbance.
Aerial
Strand and lash on existing pole lines, overlash, and aerial service drops.
Service drops
Curb-to-home drops, with close to 5,000 fiber drops completed.
Restoration
Backfill, compaction, topsoil, seed and hardscape repair.
Provider work
Builds for regional and national internet providers, plus permits, pre-construction surveys and customer walkouts handled in house.

Documentation

Backfill, compaction, topsoil, seed and hardscape repair. The job is not done until the property owner cannot tell we were there.
Crews and schedule

Excavation and conduit placement are not electrical work
On electrical projects, JWSR does the excavation, boring, trenching, conduit placement, backfill and restoration. Terminations and energization are licensed electrical work, and a licensed electrician does them. We work to the depth and width your electrician or engineer specifies, and if the spec and what we find in the ground disagree, we stop and call before guessing.
