Montgomery closed a $14.6 million NJ Water Bank loan to upgrade and expand Pike Brook to about 854,000 gallons per day, and Stage II, damaged in Hurricane Ida, is getting an $18.2 million flood protection rebuild with $17 million financed through the Water Bank. The township describes Stage II as under construction.
