A growing county that starts every project with dirt work
Warren County is one of the few corners of New Jersey still adding people, up about 3 percent since 2020, and new homes and commercial projects follow that growth. A lot of our Warren work is site work for new construction, plus drainage along the Delaware River towns and land clearing in the farm townships.

Warren County work has a different shape: bigger lots, longer driveways, and river-valley ground along the Delaware that holds water. We do a lot of grading and drainage in the low towns, land clearing and reclamation in the farm townships, and site work where new homes and commercial projects are going in around Hackettstown and the Route 57 corridor.
It is also one of the few corners of New Jersey still growing, which means builders need pads, utilities, and stormwater in the ground on schedule. That is bread-and-butter work for us, and Hamburg is close enough that mobilization never drags.
Who certifies your soil erosion plan here
Disturb more than 5,000 square feet in New Jersey and the work needs a soil erosion and sediment control plan certified by your county Soil Conservation District. Not the town, and not NJDEP. In Warren County that is the Upper Delaware Soil Conservation District.
Contact details from the NJ Department of Agriculture, New Jersey Soil Conservation Districts directory (April 2026). The district has 30 days to grant or deny certification. Full statewide list on our New Jersey Soil Conservation District directory.

Some of what we have been building
Working in Warren County
Do you cover the whole county, even down to Phillipsburg?
Yes. The Route 57 and Route 46 corridors make most of Warren County an easy run for us, and we schedule multi-day jobs so travel never slows the work.
Can you handle the wet river-valley ground?
That is half the reason we get called here. Proper drainage, stone, and compaction are what make projects last in low ground, and we build that in from the start.
